And the current technical details which are available say that the interval
is due to "the server waiting a random amount of time", meaning that the
server waits a variable amount of time which is calculated from some random
generator. Therefore, each person's experience is bound to be different -
all due from the code. Any delay confirms the problem, no matter how long.
