Your easiest option would be to use the standard Firebird install kit -
it has a client install option. The install_readme.txt also documents
how to run the install from a batch file. You should be able to
automate/integrate the whole process.

Alternatively, the install script is in the Firebird cvs tree on
sourceforge. (under /interbase/builds_win32/install ).
