Hi Antonio.
I don't think IBConsole allows you to alter transaction params.
You need to use ISQL, connect to db, and set the transaction params*,
or use a tool like IBExpert which contains options for specifying
transaction params. You can also set isolation level in IB_SQL.
Common thread: use something other than IBConsole.
* e.g. SET TRANSACTION WAIT ISOLATION LEVEL READ COMMITTED;
