The reason why?

The systemtables your odd names go into
are not willing, and the serverprogram and
db-utilties are not prepared to accept them.

The only way is to take the source of the
serverprogram and eventualy used db-utilities
& -drivers. Modify them to accept your characters
and recompile. But afterwards you wil always
be confronted with an very dedicated database
system.
