Hi,
Firebird only comes with the command line management tools.
IBConsole doesn't really work anymore (mostly because of bugs in IBConsole
that Firebird doesn't accept).
There are several third party alternatives - in different licenses:
open source, freeware, commercial.
Take a look at www.ibphoenix.com - Contributed Downloads.
I can highly advise you to use InterBase Workbench :-)
