Can you expand somewhat on what you mean? Are you talking about the
SQLCODE returned in the status array? local to where - a stored procedure
on the server? an application on the client?

If you are talking about local-to-application....aren't you using IBO? If
so, you already have it as a property of the TIB_ISCError and TIBO_ISCError
classes.
