If so, no message has come through to the moderator list.

I haven't noticed any lag myself...I wonder if some ISPs are now "holding"
yahoo messages and releasing them to your mailbox at non-peak times...or
perhaps delaying them being received by their POP3 servers until non-peak
times. This (theoretically) could be the case, if you have left all of
your marketing options switched on...perhaps some smaller ISPs are getting
overwhelmed by the spam.
