Where did you get IB Classic for Win32?
Classic is the architecture. Borland builds and Firebird are SuperServer.
Only Yaffil has explored Classic for Win32 again.
I don't see why you would need full admin permissions to connect to a
SuperServer over TCP/IP. I don't remember such problem.
