Yeah, I lot of us would love to use a different isc4.gdb. If I'm not
mistake, this is a 'open feature request' in firebird.

It will be good to have a way to use a different ISC4.GDB file, even if it
was in the IBCONFIG file (it will not solve this problem, but could be a way
to kill the XP problem with GDB files)
