Garbage collection happens all the time. In v5 and before, all user threads
cooperated in the task. In v6 and FB, there's a low priority thread doing
that work.

Sweep is garbage collection on demand, either because you hit the sweep
interval or you used gfix or other means to request an inmediate sweeping.
