you need to know the ip of the server machine. You could contract a fixed ip
for your dial-up connection from your ISP at usually high prices , or you
can try to get some Dinamic-ip resolution service for free from dyndns or
dhis.org (there are client software like winip to use that services under
windows)
If you use the dinamic dns resolv sistem , next , you can simply connect to
your server by name , like any other inet server.
Alternatively , if you know the ip of the client machine , you could send
some packet to make the client aware of the presence of the server online
and its ip.
Anyway , i think is beyond scope of this list to explain this things , but
if enougth people whats to know how , i could make a step-by-step recipe for
general distribution
