IB and FB work the same for dialect 1, I'll accept that, but as far as this bug is
concerned, if the old IB database, is Dialect 3, and it could be, then an IB database
that was sloppily written, will explode (just like a Ford Pinto that got rear-ended, by
anything bigger then a tri-cycle).
