I read the header of the files. They mention that they are based on Free
IB Components. And, the usage is under IPL(Interbase Public Licence). But,
the portions modified by Borland are copyrighted.

Personally, I wouldn't really undertake the modifications for them to work
with FB. You'd have to try to keep up every time there is a change.
