Everything is autocommitted. I use IBO with the IB_Transaction settings
AutoCommit=True and ServerAutoCommit=True.

I thought that it could've been that I didn't have autocommit on, I know at
one time I did and errors showed up. So, I changed everything to
autocommit. But, Ann's suggestion for extra steps seems to work, I tested
it outside of my application, now I need to test it in my application.
