I'm playing with WebSnap components and dbExpress. I wrote an
WebServer application to connect to database and get some records.
The only problem I have is that it doesn't works with dbExpress/IBX. I
get an exception Unavailabe Database, although IB server is running.
But if I connect using BDE it works fine.

Any Ides what could be going wrong?
