I've asked Mauro to release GBAK Scheduler to open source some times ago
(march 2001) and got the following response from Mauro:

I didn't had the money for such kind of gift, so I did'n try any further to
get the code.
Instead I started to write my own assistent for adding GBAK jobs to the
windows scheduler. This project is not completed yet, and I have to ask my
boss if I could release it to open source.
