Yes you can. And the web-site is www.eudora.com. There's a free sponsored
version, but you'll see pop-up ads. But, at least, you'll be able to test
drive it with full features before buying it.

If you have any questions related to Eudora don't hesitate to ask. Also,
there's a newsgroup that users ask each other questions when you need
help(comp.mail.eudora.ms-windows).
