I think it is a bit more complex than that.

The problem I am looking at is that a NEW message exsists,
but the answers to it are attached to something else. This
may be yahoo, we really need to know who people are posting
their replies to know what is going on.

Ideally we need a proper server with web, news and eMail all
handled in the one place - perhaps when I win the lottery
