I also checked MS SQL and it does the same thing(as per documentation), but
you can force a recompile by using a system stored procedure. Maybe, this
could be a solution for the future.

Also, I just checked the IB6 Beta documentation and found the information
on page 157 of the Data Definition Guide volume.
