Hi All
I am using Datapump to re-copy data from a corrupted database onto an
empty database. The process takes a lot of time. I presume its because of
BDE. Any other solutions for 'data pumping'?
Recently i had to recover a 50MB gdb which was showing page and index
errors. While restoring backup, i disabled the indices. After that I
pumped the data to an empty database which has the indices enabled. I
believe this would recreate the indices. Is there a better way to do this
type of work?
regards
