I've tracked the problem - I was updating my 'Docs'
directory and went to pull in the IB3 stuff from

http://firebird.sourceforge.net/index.php?op=doc&id=userdoc

the link for the full set -

ftp://ftp.ibphoenix.com/downloads/isc_docs.zip

does not work, but after using it my end decides to play up.
If I close the connection and reopen it's OK again.

The individual links THEN work fine.

Perhaps I may change to Netscape 6.2 - at least they have
fixed the eMail now - or better still I'll switch the the
linux machine <g>
