History: this fork was started to satisfy own needs. Afterwards
site was created and builds were placed on it for all who wish. When
we remind them about IPL, there were placed sources. Don't know are
sources updated each time when new build is placed or not. Apparently
authors have no time to provide any documentation or regular technical
support now, who knows about future. It was not declared neither for
close friends nor for Russians only :), I can't recall any conditions
