Forget Guardian unless your running under NT/2K/XP as a service,
or your running under Unix as a daemon. You can just as easily
run ibserver.exe directly as an application, at least for a
development or test platform or stand alone application. If your
thinking production server, don't use Win9x it's not stable enough,
instead you want something more stable, Linux works well as a FB
host...
