I tried both single and double quotes around the word FIRST and
neither worked. I ended up deleting the table and re-creating it.
What a pain!
In addition to the word FIRST it looks like the word TYPE is not
allowed as a valid column name. Does anybody have a global list of
invalid Firebird column names?
