It is true that the IBReplicator crew haven't been very noisy lately,
but work has never stopped, afaict. Indeed, if you visit their web-site
you will see that they are busy maintaining the product:

Again, as far as I can tell, the replication engine has kept pace with
changes in Firebird, so I would anticipate that this trend will continue.
