Joe,
DSL and cable often use DHCP to assign IP addresses. That means that the IP
address changes (or may change) each time they log off/log-on and them
sometimes the DHCP client cannot re-lease the same IP. This means that their
connection may be problematic.
Do they have a fixed IP? or is what I am refering to make sense?
