Well, that's how it's supposed to work. There is only one index root page
for each table, that holds index descriptions. Unfortunately, someone at
Borland imposed a hard limit to 64 indices in source code. A comment in
the source says that "64 should be plenty for all". How a bad idea :-)
Actually, I found that few months ago, but I can't decipher if the max.
index calculation based on page size was broken when this hard limit was
introduced, so I left it as is.
