Download the InterBase 6.0 beta documentation, and have a look at the
Developers guide, I think there is a section there on Blob filters, what
they are and what they do. Its not very clear and at times difficult to
understand, but the implementation is fairly straight forward. I built one a
few years ago, and might be able to find a sample of the code I wrote lying
around somewhere.
