The scripts on ibinstall.defined.net are somewhat outdated. It would be
better to use the Firebird 1.0 install script (for InnoSetup with
Extensions), which is available in the CVS. This script includes some
additional program code to check some registry settings and running server:

You will need to download the iss, txt and bmp files. Translate the txt
files ;-) then build you own setup using InnoSetup/IS-Tool and german.isl
