Use IBObjects @ http://www.ibobjects.com

It takes some learning, so purchase the Getting Started Guide available on that site. (I
think the initial learning curve is very high, and I've developed CS apps before. The
benefits are worth it.)

IB_SQL works with dialect 3 as does IBExpert and FBExpert.
