I've used the pkg installer (after manual removing a previous
firebird installation that I used to run with os 10.1). As far as I
can see it gives no errors during installation but the firebird
service doesn't get started. I can't find any references gds_db in
either inetd.conf, xinetd.conf or xinetd.d,
