Run's quite happily for me on W98SE. I just make sure TCP/IP
is installed, and run it via that, but for stand alone
systems, there should be no problem. I'm running using
TCP/IP in 24/7 applications with the W98SE machine having a
local copy of the network information from an NT4 server! (
with the W98 bug fixes to remove 42day closedown and the
other Microsoft niggles )
