One word, six letters: GOOGLE. A search on "ReadFile end-of-file
errno = 109" turns up a couple of starting points:
http://www.mers.com/IB_0327.HTML
and
http://216.239.33.100/search?
q=cache:FuJ4Qb3ZQagC:mers.com/pipermail/ib_general/2000-
June/001065.html+%22ReadFile+end-of-file+errno+%3D+109%
22&hl=en&ie=UTF-8
Watch the line wrap! That one above is a 'cached' link -- the
original page had disappeared. Google's cached pages are brilliant.
Many a time a page has died but been retained in Google's db, God
bless em. I especially like it when MS force a site to pull down a
page, but it remains available in the Google cache for ages.
Okay, I'll even save you the trouble of visiting that link, because
this quote may solve your problem immediately:
"I'm embarrassed. The problem was that a remote machine was trying
to talk to the server over NetBeui, not TCP/IP. I found this on the
Interbase site. I apologize for the waste of bandwidth." -- Art Metz
