If you can create a backup, then you have full access to all data. Just
restore your backup to another machine where you have installed Firebird
(i.e. any machine where you know the SYSDBA password) and there is no
limitation as to what information you have available.

Hence, such a role would only be security in the sense that it would not be
able to mess up the actual data.
