Short answer, no.

Long answer:
I was investigating this for a client, we found the best resolution,
was to have a separate Linux box, that just ran the database, and
use the Novell box as a file/print server. The reason being,
RDBMSes take up a lot of server power, so you need a separate
server anyway, and you can get all the licences for Linux for less
then $10 and use FB or IB-OE. Netware database support is
limited to Pervasive, and last time I looked at it, it had more bugs
then a cockroach convention in New York City.
