Doug,
I can't see how this can be as the oldest snaphot is a "subset" of oldest
active.
Active => Lowest (oldest) Not committed / rolled back / limbo
Snapshot => lowest active that requires a consistent view of the db as at
the point the tx was created.
So Snapshot should always be equla or greater.
I'm concerned about you db.
