You have lots of options. Basically read the manual ;-)

Since you have installed firebird, start up IBConsole and read the
online help about how to register a server and then create a
database.

Or you can download IB_SQL from www.ibobjects.com and create a
database using that utility.

Or you can download the IB v6 manuals from
http://firebird.sourceforge.net/ (and follow the links to
Documentation and then User documentation). That will tell you how
to use the various other command line utilities provided.

Or if you are a Delphi/BCB developer you can write your own program
using IBObjects, IBX, FIBPlus or even directly via the API.


If you have trouble with any of the above then write back with the
specific problem. Generic questions are very difficult to answer
without writing a book.
