I've just tried RC1 and i have the same problem so i think i'm doing
something wrong

This is what i do completly:

create table aiurea_table(nume char(10));
set term ``;
create procedure aiurea_test
as
begin
update aiurea_table set nume=nume;
end``
set term ;``

grant all on aiurea_table to procedure aiurea_test;
grant all on aiurea_table to public;
grant all on aiurea_table to pcalin;
grant execute on procedure aiurea_test to public;
grant execute on procedure aiurea_test to pcalin;

then disconnect
and connect as pcalin
i see the table can perform anything i want but can't execute procedure
when i try i get

ISC ERROR CODE:335544352

ISC ERROR MESSAGE:
no permission for execute access to DATABASE

SQL ERROR CODE:-551

SQL ERROR MESSAGE:
This user does not have privilege to perform this operation on this object.
