Well, just in general Win32 Error 5 is "Access is denied". Perhaps you might
want to check your permissions, and make sure you have write/create access
to d:\job\, and also that the d drive is a local drive for you.

I have compiled latest version of Firebird by compiling Inno Setup Compiler
and then installed it. when I tried to create a new database using IBconsole
it gives me the following error "ISC ERROR CODE 335544344" I/O error
d:\job\job.gdb error while trying to create file unknown Win32 error 5
