I knew you would ask that. Yes, once every couple of months
or so I go the long way of cleaning and backing up using the utilities.
Never ever had a corruption and always make sure that some select
count(*) from call is made at reqular intervals to reuse deleted space.
After the long way backup and restore, the 200Mb database hardly
changes in size. Maybe it works so well this way, because this
database is rather small :)
