I tried yesterday the unofficial installation kit under NT4 SP6 & under
W98

W98 - Works perfect.

NT4 - Says it works, but FB dies 4 seconds after startup.

After a lot of fiddling it turned out that I had to be at least a local
administrator to succesfully install FB. Once logged in as an admin It
works perfectly. (Only one old setup exe from v 0.9.4 told me that I
had to be an administrator to install properly)
