I'm also satisfied with Luis Forra's 'unofficial' installation kit. So
let's think about making it official.
Since InnoSetup has multilingual options it easy to prepare installation
packages for different languages.

The version Luis prepared is in German and I translated it in 15 minutes to
Polish, rebuild the package and sent to the customer.
