Try http://www.interbase2000.org/tools_fblinks.htm or http://www.ibphoenix.com for the Firebird links.

The "latest" free InterBase(R) are pretty ancient (May/June 2001, I think) and you should be able to get them from the Borland InterBase pages if they haven't been removed.
