Why, Ann? Of course, main purpose of backup/restore is to get fresh
and healthy instance of the database. But in some cases, having only
urestorable by normal way .gbk, it is useful to have options which
allows to turn off some constraint types restore. We have such an
option for indices :) already, why not to introduce options for
constrains?
