The releasenotes are currently in draft stage, waiting for the platform leaders to update their installation notes; and for Sean L. to bring the bugs and features database up to date.

What I could do is place a rough html of the draft document (minus the bugs and features sections) up on the IB2K site - with a warning that it is not fully verified yet. Yes or No?
