Louis,
You've gone from one developer and five years
of smooth sailing to 10 developers and problems.
If I understand your situation, I think your
largest problem is that you are developing new
technology against your production database.
If this is correct, do yourself, project and
developers a favor and stop doing this immediately.
Buy a couple test servers and develop/test in an
isolated environment. If you can buy new hardware
recycle some old junk, IB runs great on clunky
hardware. Let your production database do it's
job -- managing those ostrich skins.
