How big did the temp file get in y:\temp (compared to the TMP_Directory
definition in IBConfig)?
The server as well as using the TMP_Directory entries, also uses the
directory referenced by the TMP and TEMP environment variables -- by
default these are set to %windows%\temp or c:\temp.
Obviously the system thought it ran out of space of the y:\temp area (in
reality in had created a file as big as the size restriction) and then
used the default TMP/TEMP path.
