Just to let you all know that Firebird v1.0 support a new RECREATE TABLE
statement, which allows for a table definition to be replaced without
having to resolve all the dependencies beforehand.

There has also been talk of a new "REPLACE PROCEDURE" statement but
don't know off hand the status of this item.
