IBO isn't free, but for non-profit use or if you contribute to its
development, you may get a free license upon request. I don't think Jason
Wharton has finished the Kylix version, but his native components generally
does not require any TDataset-based components with Delphi, so I'd guess
they will be able to work with the Kylix Open Edition once he gets a Kylix
