Hi,

that's why I logged in as SYSDBA. As this user I can shut the DB down
to singleuser mode. But I don't want to create the tables as SYSDBA.
How else to make sure there's noone using the DB than me as standard
user? Create the tables as regular user, login as SYSDBA to create
FOREIGN KEYs, log out and in again as simple user and do the other
stuff?
